Police in Prince Albert are investigating following a weapons complaint last night.
Police were called to the 300 block of 9th Avenue East at roughly 10:20 p.m. on a report of gunfire. Police said when they arrived, there was evidence of gunshots being fired at a residence, and they confirmed that no one in the residence was injured.
Shortly after, at around 10:33 p.m., a female was reported to be at the Victoria Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries consistent with a gunshot wound. Police stated they went to the hospital, spoke with the victim, and found and seized a vehicle involved in the incident.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation continues. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police or Crime Stoppers.
