Areva Resources Canada will be inducted will be inducted into the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce ABEX Business Hall of fame.

Areva has been exploring uranium, developing uranium mines and producing uranium based products in the country for the past 50 years with their primary operations in northern Saskatchewan.

“We are incredibly pleased that Areva Resources will be inducted into the Business Hall of Fame This Year,” said Steve McLellan, CEO of the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce in a news release. Areva's commitment to the people in the north is something we value.”

McLellan says the company has continuously stood out as a business leader in the province.

Areva will be officially inducted into the Hall of Fame on October 21st at TCU Place in Saskatoon.
