Missinipi Youth Foundation Scholarship Awards Recipients Announced
The Missinipi Youth Foundation (MYF) Scholarship Selection Committee is pleased to announce the seven scholarship recipients for the 2009-2010 academic year.
The MYF scholarships program is designed to support and encourage Aboriginal or Metis youth to undertake post secondary educational opportunities in all aspects of media skills and electronic media communications.

Ntawnis Piapot – Piapot Cree Nation $1,500.00.
Ntawnis is enrolled in her third year of the Indian Communications Arts (INCA) program and Intercultural Leadership Program at First Nations University of Canada in Regina.
Josh McCann – La Ronge $1,500.00;
Josh is in his second year of the New Media Communications at SIAST Woodland Campus in Prince Albert.
Belinda Nelson – Ahtahkakoop First Nation $1,000.00.
Belinda is in her first year of the New Media Communications Program at SIAST Woodland Campus in Prince Albert.
Desarae Eashappie – Carry the Kettle First Nation $1,000.00.
Desarae enrolled in her second year of the Indian Communications Arts (INCA) program at First Nations University of Canada in Regina.
Miranda Hanus – Standing Buffalo First Nation $1,000.00.
Miranda in is her third year and enrolled in the Indian Communications Arts (INCA) program at First Nations University of Canada in Regina
Joel Kowbel – Prince Albert $1,000.00.
Joel is in his second year of the Media Arts Production Program at SIAST Woodland Campus in Prince Alber
Kelly Ermine – Sturgeon Lake First Nation $1,000.00.
Kelly is in her second year of the Media Arts Production Program at SIAST Woodland Campus in Prince Albert
