Accused Killer Of Pregnant Woman Back In Court

A man accused of killing an Aboriginal woman in Prince Albert is scheduled to appear in court today.

Stephen Schutte was arrested earlier this year for allegedly killing Antoinette Ruth Daniels.

The 26-year-old woman’s badly-decomposed body was discovered floating in the North Saskatchewan River in July of last year.

She was pregnant at the time of her death.

Schutte is due in court today for the start of his preliminary hearing.
