A case involving the alleged illegal sale of Aboriginal dancing costumes at a pawn shop was heard in a North Battleford courtroom this morning.
Anthony Fineday and Linda Bomok face a total of 29 charges under the Wildlife Act.
Bomok is charged with 27 of those offences
The charges include the illegal sale of Aboriginal feather bustles — one with goose feathers and the other with bald eagle feathers.
The case has been adjourned until June 23rd to give a Saskatoon prosecutor more time to deal with the matter.
