Crown Drops Drug Charges Against La Ronge Man

One of two brothers in La Ronge charged with drug offences this past June has had his charges withdrawn.

50-year-old Randy Studer got the news during a court appearance in Saskatoon earlier this week.

His brother, 53-year-old Duane Studer, is still facing a number of charges related to the alleged trafficking and cultivating of a controlled substance.

His case has been adjourned to January 30th in Saskatoon, where he will be sentenced on one of the charges.

The other charges he is facing will also be dealt with at that time.
