A clerk at the Chief Coroner’s office in Regina confirms an inquest into the death of an Ontario man in northern Saskatchewan will take place early next year.

The inquest into the death of Kenton Carnegie is scheduled to begin on February 5th at Prince Albert Court of Queen’s Bench.

It was on November 8th, 2005 that Carnegie’s body was discovered near Points North.

The 22-year-old was working for a geophysics company when he died suddenly in the bush.

A local coroner from the area publicly stated she thought wolves were to blame for the fatality.

The Saskatchewan government has yet to state it agrees with that finding.
