Family Law Clinic Coming To Stony Rapids

The northern office of Saskatchewan Legal Aid is getting set to host a clinic in the Far North this month.

On October 19th, La Ronge-based lawyer Ruth Fafard will be in Stony Rapids to answer questions and offer information on family law.

The session will run most of the day and will be open to everyone.

Fafard says one of the issues her office gets a lot of questions about is child support.

She says some people aren’t aware they are entitled to child support.

Fafard adds her group will have applications ready for citizens to fill out if they wish.
