It will be January 22nd before the case of six hunters from the Far North accused of illegally baiting wolves in the Northwest Territories is back in court.
That’s the day the hunters are scheduled to enter a plea to over 400 charges laid against them.
An agent for the hunters’ lawyer was in a Fort Smith court yesterday and asked for a delay in the proceedings.
The hunters are from Black Lake and Fond du Lac and were charged earlier this year following an investigation last fall and winter.
