Two years after being charged, and five years after a controversial Metis Nation – Saskatchewan election fraught with voting irregularities, the former president of the MN-S will be going to trial.
Dwayne Roth, along with Brian Amyotte and Lyle Lee, other former MN-S members, have been committed to trial for conspiracy to committ forgery and conspiracy to utter forged documents for their role in an election that saw ballots cast by dead people.
The trial date has not yet been set.
