FSIN Holding Special Assembly

The Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations is holding a special sitting of its legislative assembly today.
The two-day session is expected to focus on financial matters, including a presentation of the FSIN’s yearly audit.
Chiefs at the assembly are also expected to hear recommendations from a task force assigned to recommend changes to the First Nations University of Canada.
The FSIN’s Women’s Commission is also expected to unveil an action plan of issues they want to see addressed.
