A pre-trial date has been set for a woman accused of killing her common-law partner on the Pelican Narrows reserve over a year and a half ago.

Lawyers for 21-year-old Joanna Laurel Linklater and the Crown will confer on December 10th.

Linklater was charged after 22-year-old Joseph Jamie Merasty died of stab wounds in a Flin Flon hospital.

He had been taken there shortly after receiving the wounds, but died a day later.

Linklater has already elected to be tried by judge and jury.
