Northern Man Dies In Snowmobile Crash

The RCMP are investigating a snowmobile accident near Grandmother’s Bay that claimed the life of a 34-year-old man from Stanley Mission.
Police responded to a call of an accident shortly after 5:00 this morning.
Cpl. Dion Marquis says that it appears the man lost control and hit a fence.
The unidentified man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Marquis says alcohol and speed are believed to have been factors.
