An official from the Department of Corrections says the investigation into the death of a Buffalo Narrows man is now complete.
27-year-old Fabian Petit died suddenly inside the Prince Albert Correctional Centre last month.
At the time, officials indicated he was found hanging in his cell.
Department spokesman Bill Derby says an inquest still has to be called, but findings from the initial inquiry have been sent to managers of other jails.
He says some changes may be made as a result.
