Program Empowering Native Women

The La Ronge Motor Hotel is the setting for a celebration today of a program designed to empower Aboriginal women.

“Aboriginal Women for Tomorrow” was initially launched two years ago.

The course is basically a series of workshops on business and leadership skills.

The Canadian Executive Service Organization helped spearhead the initiative.

Vice-president Bob Dickson says the course is already considered a success.
