RCMP Officer Accused Of Sex Assault Back In Court

A preliminary hearing is taking place in La Ronge today for an RCMP officer accused of sexual assault.

Constable Thierry Jacques was charged earlier this year after allegedly committing the offence against a woman in La Ronge last fall.

He was eventually re-assigned to Pierceland and is now under suspension.
