Searchers discovered the body of a missing man from the Island Lake First Nation over the weekend.
19-year-old Lawrence Pahtayken of Mudie Lake had not been seen since the evening of March 28th.
Ground and aerial searches were initiated.
His body was found by ground searchers at about noon on Saturday approximately 3 kilometres into a wooded area from where he was last seen.
The RCMP say foul play is not suspected at this time, but the investigation is continuing.
An autopsy has also been ordered.
The Mounties wish to thank those involved in the search effort — including the Inter-Tribal Search and Rescue Team and volunteers from several First Nations across Saskatchewan.
