Arson Believed Responsible For Reserve Fire

The RCMP say they are investigating an arson fire on the Moosomin First Nation.

At approximately 8:30 Wednesday night, the Mounties were called to a fire on the Moosomin reserve.

A detached classroom trailer near the Moosomin School was broken into and set on fire.

The fire destroyed the building and the contents and caused damage to the exterior of an adjacent building.

There is no word yet on whether the RCMP have any suspects.
