Ile-a-la-Crosse Lotto Winners Claim Big Prize

An Ile-a-la-Crosse couple has become the largest lottery winner in Saskatchewan.

Clarence and Delores Durocher won $25 million in the June 25th Lotto Max draw.

Delores says she was in shock when she checked the numbers online late Friday night.

She says she kept looking at the numbers, but didn’t believe it — so she finally called one of her children to come check the ticket, but he didn’t believe it either — so they called her husband at work.

The Durochers are both going to retire and plan to do a bit of travelling, as well as make sure their four children are financially secure.
