RCMP Turn To Public For Help

The RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in solving a homicide that occurred on the reserve a year ago.

 

On May 28th of 2009, 57 year old Calvin Laswisse was found deceased in his home on the Standing Buffalo First Nation.

 

Sgt. Doug Coleman of the RCMP says investigators are continuing to follow up leads in the hope of cracking the case.

 

“and hopefully find resolution for the family and community overall”

 

RCMP describe Laswisse as a peaceful man who was liked by his community.
