Aboriginal students are getting the chance to learn about opening their own businesses.

The Entrepreneurship Camp at the First Nations University of Canada is taking place in Regina from August 15th to 20th.

The camp is open to students in Grades 11 and 12.

Thomas Benjoe is a camp coordinator and he says business isn’t just about numbers.

Benjoe says First Nations culture is a very important aspect to Aboriginal business, adding there is a need to have First Nations values mixed into business ethics.

Speakers at the camp will include three Aboriginal entrepreneurs.
