Train May Not Have Caused Injuries

A train may not have caused injuries to a male teenager in Prince Albert.

It was Tuesday morning around nine a.m. that crews attended to a Fond du Lac resident who had been seriously injured in the rail yards.

The teen, who was suffering from serious injuries to his legs and face, told them he had been hit by a train.

Police say they believe the male may have jumped from the bridge on 6th avenue east onto the locomotive, resulting in his injuries.

The teen remains in serious but stable condition.
