Missing, Murdered Aboriginal Women Honoured

Missing and murdered Aboriginal women are being honoured today across the country and province.
In Saskatoon, there will be a march and vigil this evening at 6 o’clock at Oskayak high school.
Myrna LaPlante is one of the organizers.
Her aunt, Emily Osmond, has also been missing for three years.
LaPlante says these gatherings provide comfort to her while she and her family struggle with not knowing what happened to their family member.
LaPlante says unfortunately these cases keep happening, with the recent disappearance of Karina Wolfe in Saskatoon, who hasn’t been seen since July.
LaPlante encourages anyone with any bit of information to contact Crime Stoppers where they can remain anonymous.
