Boil Water Advisory for Muskoday and MacDowall

The Muskoday First Nation and community of MacDowall are under a precautionary boil water advisory.

Ken Danger of the P.A. Rural water utility says the move was made necessary after a contractor digging a hole damaged a water line.

The accident happened Monday prompting Saskatchewan Environment to issue the order.

Danger says unless the water is being used for household chores like washing clothes, it’s best to boil it.

Danger says the order stretches from the Muskoday Reserve, up to Prince Albert, and over to MacDowall.
