A new 4,500-ft. expansion of the Northern Lights Casino has been unveiled in Prince Albert.
The space holds 203 new slot machines.
Chiefs, dignitaries and members of the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority held a ribbon-cutting ceremony this morning to usher in the expansion.
SIGA president Zane Hansen says Prince Albert has been a very good market for them and they wanted to reward the customers.
Hansen says a new venitillation system has been installed in the casino to make it a clean-air facility.
Patrons will still be able to smoke in the Starlight Lounge, which will soon be enclosed.
