The 3rd bi-annual mispon Film Festival is taking place this week in Regina.
Today until Sunday, people are invited to enjoy Aboriginal films, workshops, story pitches and language panels at various locations in the city.
Janine Windolph is the president of mispon and says it is about bringing a collective of storytellers together.
Windolph says the purpose of the festival is to help filmmakers and young people aspiring to be filmmakers.
The kickoff starts this evening at the First Nations University of Canada and all events are free.
