ABDLP Buys Stake in Birch Hills Company

The Athabasca Basin Development Limited Partnership has purchased the assets of a company in Birch Hills.

Flyer Electric provides industrial services to uranium and potash companies.

Athabasca says it plans to continue operating the other company with no changes to management.

Board chairwoman Anne Robillard says Flyer Electric provides quality service and is a good fit for them, given Athabasca’s broad range of mining and exploration services.
