Santa was spotted in Regina’s North Central neighborhood yesterday afternoon as they celebrated Christmas in July.
Lisa Workman is with Project People and says she wanted to bring awareness that giving should go beyond one season.
Over 400 people were fed turkey, potato salad and fruit, with desserts donated by the community.
Live music was provided by Winnipeg’s Don Amero, and a mission group from Ontario prepared and served the meal.
