RCMP are searching for a missing Deschambault Lake man who hasn’t been seen since a violent storm last night.

Police say 28-year-old Albert Justin Custer was picking mushrooms about five kilometers south of the Hanson Lake Road when he became separated from family members.

Corporal Rob King says it’s believed he may have taken shelter in the woods and became disoriented.

An RCMP police dog from Meadow lake is being used in the search and is already on the scene.

Custer is slim, with brown eyes, black hair, a mustache and goatee.

He was wearing a black sleeveless shirt, blue jeans and a black hat.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the RCMP.
