Expansion Underway for Churchill School

The construction phase is now underway on a $35 million expansion for the Churchill Community High School in La Ronge.

The Saskatchewan government is contributing $22.8 million to the project and the share for the Northern Lights School Division is over $12 million.

The School Division Superintendent of Facilities, Frank Burnouf says it will be a nice improvement for the students.

The expansion is scheduled to be complete in 2014.
