First Nations SK Party Candidate No Longer Running

A politician from the Key First Nation has announced he is stepping away from politics.

Cory O’Soup was expected to represent the SaskParty during the next provincial election in the riding of Saskatoon Riversdale.

However, this afternoon the party announced O’Soup was stepping down for personal and family reasons.

A new nomination process will now take place in the coming weeks.

O’Soup was not available for comment.
