Fond du Lac Man Charged in S’toon Accident

Saskatoon Police say a 25-year-old man from Fond du Lac has been charged with failing to yield to a pedestrian.
The charge dates back April 20th when a 59-year-old man was hit by a vehicle at 22nd Street and Avenue V.
Police have now wrapped up the investigation.
The accused will have the option of paying a voluntary fine, or appearing in Saskatoon Traffic Safety Court.
The pedestrian was released from hospital in July, but police say he continues to suffer effects from a serious injury sustained in the collision.
