RCMP are still waiting for tests to come back on an apparent skull found Sunday on the Kahkewistahaw First Nation.
The remains were found by a community member.
Broadview RCMP Corporal John Ermel says it’s too early to determine if foul play was involved.
The skull and other items were turned over to a Saskatoon anthropologist, and they’re now being examined.
The RCMP’s Regina-based major crimes unit is also investigating.
