Inmate Stabbed in Edm Prison from La Loche

MBC has learned that an inmate killed in an Edmonton prison under suspicious circumstances last night is from La Loche.
Sources say the 21-year-old victim was Mason Montgrand.
Homicide detectives were called to the maximum-security Edmonton institution last night after the inmate was apparently stabbed during a fight with another inmate.
At last word, part of the prison was locked down so guards could search for weapons.
