Investigators from the Transportation Safety Board are making their way to the site of a float plane crash, which took the lives of five people on Thursday.

The pilot and four male passengers were killed when the aircraft went down in Buss Lake.

TSB Regional Manager Peter Hildebrandt says the plane will be examined once it is removed from the water.

Hildebrandt says determining the exact cause of the crash will be a long process, and he doesn’t what to speculate prior to the conclusion of the investigation.
