La Ronge Terry Fox Run In Jeopardy

The Terry Fox Foundation says it needs a lead organizer for its yearly run in La Ronge or the event could be cancelled.

Spokesman Gregory Prochnow says a lead organizer is needed in the next week or two to make preparations for the September event.

La Ronge has hosted a Terry Fox fun for 13 years now.

The event has raised nearly $30,000.

Anyone interested in the position is encouraged to contact the Terry Fox Foundation in Saskatchewan.
