Metis cooking students are getting a chance to show off their skills before some of Canada’s top chefs.
Tomorrow, they’ll be cooking for a special luncheon during the Candian Culinary Federation National Conference in Vancouver.
Metis Nation BC President Bruce Dumont says they’ll be serving lots of traditional food.
The students are attending a 16-week program at the Metis Skills and Education Centre in B.C.
