Treaty Land Entitlement fraud charges against Mosquito First Nation Chief Clarence Stone and two trustees will go to trial.
The trial will be held in Court of Queen’s Bench by a judge alone.
A trial date is expected to be set later this year.
The two other suspects charged are Gerald Arthur Bird and Clifford Lawrence Spyglass.
The decision to send the case to trial was made Tuesday at the end of a six-day preliminary hearing in North Battleford.
