Planning Begins For New P.A. Treatment Centre

A new family treatment centre in Prince Albert is closer to reality.

The Prince Albert Parkland health region has awarded a tender on the project and is hopeful construction can begin this summer.

The centre will house clients for 6 to 8 weeks during which time they will be treated for a variety of addictions.

The new facility will cater to women.

As well it will feature a 10-bed unit for children and youth dealing with mental health issues.
