Charges have been laid against 14 people after a crackdown on a street gang that’s been active in Saskatchewan for several years.
Police say the charges follow a five-and-a-half-month investigation that focused on a gang called the Terror Squad.
The suspects range in age from 17 to 45 and include a high-ranking member of the gang.
Investigators say they are responsible for a rash of violence and drug trafficking activity in Saskatoon.
A variety of charges have been laid, including directing or acting in association with a criminal organization.
