Trial for Wildlife Act Violations

A trial date has been set for a man from Flying Dust First Nation facing 25 charges under the Wildlife Act.
Conservation Officers say 34-year-old Leon Delorme is accused of operating an illegal outfitting business.
The charges include unlawful hunting, possessing prohibited wildlife, hunting at night and providing misleading information.
He is scheduled to face the charges December 5th in Meadow Lake Provincial Court.
Delorme also faces several federal charges under the International and Interprovincial Trade Act.
