Water Forcing Northern Highway Closures

Water flowing over the road has caused the closure of Highway 165 west of La Ronge.

Saskatchewan Highways says travel is not being allowed from the Junction of Highway 910 to the Junction of Highway 914.

Ministry spokesman Doug Wakabayashi says traffic is disrupted at Kilometer 97.

Wakabayashi says anyone travelling from Pinehouse to La Ronge will have to go around by Beauval.

Saskatchewan Highways says Hwy 937 from Jct 929 to Jct 921 and Hwy 939 from Jct 916 to Jct 921 are also closed due to washouts.

Both highways are situated north of Prince Albert National Park and west of Weyakwin.
