An international Indigenous youth summit on environmental issues has been postponed.
The Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations had originally planned to hold the event this summer at the end of July.
However, today it issued a release saying it was unable to reach its targeted sponsorship deadline.
The federation still hopes to hold the event next year with little change to the agenda, and asks any youth who has ideas about high-level environmental speakers to pass on their ideas to the FSIN.
