Acoose Back In As Chief Of Sakimay First Nation

The Sakimay First Nation has re-elected Lynn Acoose as chief for the next two years.

This will be her second term.

Voters also re-elected five of their seven band councillors.

The two new councillors are Cynthia Sangwais and Lindsey Kaye.

They join incumbents Mary Carol Acoose, Tim Ponace, Cameron Sangwais, Randy Sangwais and Randall Sparvier.
