A man accused of killing another man on the Sturgeon Lake First Nation appeared in court today.
Twenty-nine-year-old Dexter Gilbert Ermine has been charged with manslaughter.
The body of 21-year-old Dereck Morin of Saskatoon was found on a grid road on the reserve on August 20th.
At the time, RCMP said the victim had been stabbed.
This morning in Prince Albert Provincial Court, lawyers for Ermine and the prosecution requested a bail supervision report to be drawn up.
The judge consented and Ermine will remain behind bars until his next appearance on Friday.
