For the first time in its history, the Canadian Western Agribition will include a First Nations pavilion.
Elmer Eashappie is the project’s architect and says it’s a great opportunity for cultural awareness.
“We’ll have the Office of the Treaty Commissioner, they’ll be talking about the treaties, what are treaties. Various other exhibitors will provide daily activities for the kids and crowd.”
Eashappie says Monday will also feature a First Nations themed rodeo.
Agribition runs from November 20th to 26th in Regina.
