The northern village of Buffalo Narrows is expanding its business community.
This week, the Northern Store opened a new outlet in the village centre building that houses the community’s administration office.
Next spring, a mini-Tim Horton’s outlet is expected to open in the same structure.
Buffalo Narrows mayor Bobby Woods credits teamwork and good partnerships with the development.
Woods says the development is a good sign for business activity in his community.
He adds the Tim Horton’s outlet isn’t expected to be a full-fledged restaurant, but it will still serve up both donuts and coffee.
When it opens, it will be the chain’s most northern location in the province.
