Spiritwood RCMP are asking for the public’s help to catch two suspects believed to be involved in thefts in the area.
At about 10:30 p.m. on November 22nd, RCMP were called to an attempted cabin break-in at Chitek Lake while the owner was asleep inside.
The Mounties found that nine cabins and a motorhome had been broken into and damaged.
Police later found one youth, one adult and two other suspects driving a stolen ATV around the Pelican Lake First Nation.
Two suspects were caught and arrested — the other two fled the scene.
Sgt. Darren Harrison says information from the public could help them catch the at-large suspects, and make their case stronger.
