Health Minister Don McMorris has announced the appointment of board members for Saskatchewan’s 12 regional health authorities.
Sixty-six of the appointees are men, and 50 are women.
The province says 16 of them self-identify as First Nations or Metis.
In the north, there are no changes to the eight-member Keewatin Yatthe board.
However, there are five new board members in the Mamawetan Churchill River Regional Health Authority.
Former board chair and La Ronge mayor Joe Hordyski is among them, and is back as the new vice-chair.
Other new faces on the MCRRHA board include Betsy Kelly, Coralie Ylioja, Marlene Barzeele and Leslie Oytryk.
All of the appointments are for three-year terms, with the possibility of reappointment.
