Ten northern Saskatchewan high school students are back home today after a whirlwind tour of Regina.
A Turnor Lake youth says the trip was a great experience.
16-year-old NicKeisha Montgrand says she learned a lot about what Regina has to offer.
On Monday and Tuesday, the students toured the First Nations University of Canada, the University of Regina, the Legislature, and the RCMP Training Depot.
Montgrand says she was very impressed with the U of R, and already has an idea of what courses she would like to take.
She adds, thanks to the trip, she also has a better understanding of how government works.
